Today I would like to talk about positive thinking.
According to positive psychology researcher Suzanne
Segerstrom, “Setbacks are inherent to almost worthwhile human activity and a
number of studies shows that optimists are in general both psychologically and
physiologically healthier.” These words explains how our mind plays an
important role in controlling our action. Moreover, “what you think is what you
get.” So let’s think positive to produce greater overall well-being.
